Shaun leads the company, bringing his expertise in global Revenue Generation, Market Expansion, Strategic Planning, Startups, Acquisitions & Mergers, Investment, and Business Ownership to guide CDx with a calculated and deliberate playbook for our continued and future success.

​Roxanne brings over 15 years of experience in finance, accounting, and strategic leadership, with a strong background in guiding companies through growth, operational transformation, and successful ownership transitions. A Las Vegas native and graduate of UNLV, she has held roles across financial planning, valuation strategy, and executive partnership, and previously owned and operated her own business. At CDx, Roxanne leverages her expertise to align financial systems with innovation, ensuring data-driven decisions support long-term growth. Outside of work, she is an avid sports fan, skier, and wine enthusiast who enjoys exploring wine regions around the world.

Peg provides the leadership in our Laboratory Operations, along with our Manufacturing entities in our Ohio operations.  Peg brings decades of leadership and successful global expansion skills.  Her past Manufacturing Management roles include several Fortune 500 companies, where she provided the leadership for fast tracking expansion and growth.  Peg provides cutting-edge technologies to our consumable lines that will align us with our global expansion plans.

Tom has a long tenure at CDx.  He has touched, in some way, every aspect of our business including IT, Engineering, design and prototyping.  Tom oversees all aspects of our design within our Robotics line of equipment.  Tom’s keen ability to understand novel and disruptive technologies provides CDx with the latest and most cutting-edge devices and testing protocols available to the Foodborne Pathogen Testing industry. 

Dr. Gary is responsible for what CDx is today.  Since our inception, Dr. Gary has been instrumental in our relationships with the Liquid Crystal Institute at Kent State University, as well as our Laboratory at NEOMED (Northeastern Ohio Medical College).  Our belief is that he is the original “Godfather” of Liquid Crystal testing in Foodborne Pathogens!  Dr. Gary oversees the team responsible for managing and executing innovative projects. He provides leadership, guidance, and strategic direction to ensure the successful development and implementation of new technologies and solutions in food safety testing.

Andrew Fish serves as Director of Engineering at CDx, bringing over a decade of experience leading medical device development and cross-functional engineering teams. He has held senior roles at Boulder iQ, Aktiv Pharma Group, and other organizations, where he drove the creation of high-reliability pharmaceutical combination products, optical diagnostic systems, and automated microfluidic assay platforms. His expertise spans electromechanical design, advanced simulation methods, risk management, and regulatory compliance, with multiple issued patents to his name. Andrew is passionate about mentoring engineers and advancing technologies that make a meaningful impact on health and safety.

Dr. Amelia oversees all aspects of lab operations, managing lab workflow and assay development. She also develops and leads customer biological training for successful implementation of CDx technology within testing labs. With a science background and an ear to voice of customer, she plays a key role in product development and application.
